What it does
Gint handles the enquiries that eat your day, so you can get on with the work your customers actually pay for.
A midnight enquiry or a public-holiday rush gets an answer in seconds, in your shop's voice, while you're mid-treatment or fast asleep.
Answers come from the services, prices and hours you set. If it isn't on your menu, it doesn't get quoted. No invented numbers, ever.
Checks live availability, holds the slot, then confirms. Bookings land in your diary and sync to Google Calendar, without double-booking.
A nudge the day before and again two hours out, with one-tap confirm or reschedule. Cancelled slots go to your waitlist first.
Couldn't pick up? A friendly WhatsApp goes out within a minute, so the caller books with you instead of ringing the next place.
English, 中文, Bahasa Melayu, தமிழ் and proper Singlish. It replies in whatever the customer wrote, and keeps the same polite tone.

How it works
No hardware, no new app for your team or your customers.
Keep the number your customers already know, and we help you move it across. Or start on a spare number and switch when you're ready.
Add your services, prices, opening hours, staff and tone. Set the things it must never say. Test it in a private chat before a single customer sees it.
Enquiries turn into appointments in your calendar. Reminders go out on their own, quiet leads get a follow-up, and Gint taps you in when a human is needed.
Weekly money report
No dashboards to remember to open. At 9 am Gint messages you what it did last week, in dollars and bookings.

Built for how Singapore shops actually run
Gint has its own scheduling engine, so it can handle the messy real-world rules your team works by.
Mei Ling does colour. Jason doesn't. Priya is off on Mondays. Customers get booked with the right person, buffers included, and each staff member sees their own day.
Ask for a PayNow or card deposit to hold prime slots, so a last-minute cancellation costs the customer, not you. Ask us about early access.
Ask about early accessExport a customer's data or permanently delete it from the dashboard in a couple of clicks, with an audit trail to show you did it.
Privacy & compliance
Appointment chats include names, phone numbers and sometimes health details. We treat them that way.
Clear purposes, a named DPO contact, breach-notification procedures and consent wording you can put in front of customers.
We act as your data intermediary. We don't sell it, and your conversations aren't used to train AI models. Export or permanently delete any customer's record on request.
Traffic is encrypted in transit and your WhatsApp and calendar credentials are encrypted at rest. Every business's data is isolated from every other's.
Medical, legal and financial questions are never answered by Gint. They go to your staff with the full history, which makes it safe for clinics.
Read our PDPA notice, privacy policy and terms.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card, no lock-in.
S$49/ month
150 conversations a month, about 35 a week.
Solo practitioners and small shops with up to ~75 regular customers.
S$99/ month
600 conversations a month, about 140 a week.
Busy single outlets with roughly 75 to 300 regular customers.
S$199/ month
2,000 conversations a month, about 460 a week.
Chains and groups with 300+ customers or more than one location.
What counts as a conversation?
One customer's chat thread. It closes after about a week of silence, so someone who messages on Monday and again on Wednesday is still one conversation. Rule of thumb: roughly two conversations per active customer per month. We warn you at 80% of your plan, and at 100% we hand chats to you rather than bill surprise overages.
FAQ
Yes. Gint runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, so customers keep messaging the number they already know. If that number is tied to the WhatsApp Business app today, we walk you through moving it across. If you'd rather test first, start on a spare number and switch over when you're happy.
It depends how your number is set up today. Older chats may stay in the WhatsApp Business app on your phone rather than carrying into the new inbox, so we tell you exactly what moves and what doesn't before you switch. If that worries you, start on a spare number and move the main one later.
Most shops are live in a day. Connect WhatsApp, key in your services, prices, hours and staff, test it in the built-in chat, and you're done. You'll need your Meta Business login and about an hour of your time. We'll help if you get stuck.
It says so. Gint won't bluff. It tells the customer a human will reply, flags the chat as needing you, and pings your phone with the full history attached. You take over, and hand the chat back to the AI when you're done. No bluff, promise.
Can lah. It reads and replies in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and Tamil, and handles Singlish and mixed-language messages naturally. It answers in whatever the customer wrote in, then books in your calendar the same way.
No. Gint has its own calendar with per-staff schedules, buffers and holds, and that's the source of truth. If you use Google Calendar, connect it and bookings are written there too, and your existing events block out slots so nothing double-books.
We're built for Singapore's PDPA. You stay in control of your customers' data and we act as your data intermediary. Data is encrypted in transit and credentials are encrypted at rest. You can export or permanently delete any customer's record from the dashboard, and we publish a named DPO contact. Read the PDPA page for the details.
Yes, with sensible limits. Gint handles bookings, directions, opening hours and price lists. Anything that sounds medical, legal or financial is never answered by the AI. It's handed straight to your staff, with a note on why. Clinics use it for the front-desk load, not the clinical conversation.
One extra booking usually covers the month. Try Gint free for 14 days, no card needed.
